The staff were incredibly attentive ! The surrounding area had a variety of bars and restaurants, perfect for evening strolls. Loved the evening entertainment, from karaoke to themed nights—it really added to the festive vibe.

Lovely vibes and fab staff!
Spent 5 nights here and the staff were super helpful and fun, especially at the pool bar! The room was neat and cozy. The whole decor was nice, and I loved lounging by the pool. Just wish they had fresh fruit at the pool bar during the day. Sometimes, I could hear my neighbors, which was a bit annoying.

The location near Levante beach made it easy to explore the old town. The suite was spacious with a comfortable balcony to relax. I appreciated the daily bottle of water. Meals at the restaurant offered plenty of choices. I particularly enjoyed the diversity in the buffet. the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive during the night, making it hard to sleep. The reception staff seemed a bit distant when I reported the issue. I had a good time with family but needed a quieter environment. I definitely enjoyed the hotel’s cleanliness and the staff's dedication to keeping everything in order.

Lovely spacious rooms with a marvellous pool scene. Snack bar had delicious burgers and hot dogs! Entertainment was fantastic—got to love a karaoke night!
But goodness, the walls are thinner than my patience during a long queue! I might as well have shared a bathroom with my neighbors. I heard every shower and snore!
